Crossroads 92, Borivali

I went for a Saturday lunch with my friends to Crossroads, which is in Borivali(w). We reached there around 1:30 and were not at all prepared for waiting,  we just wanted food right away. At our arrival he told us there was a waiting of 30-40 minutes and we were so hungry that we thought of going somewhere else to hog and we're so glad we didn't. But luckily he arranged a table for us by asking others to shift.The ambiance was pretty much cool with the music playing. The service was poor with just 1-2 attending all the customers. Well, the food was great and just got lost in hogging. It was really very tasty,  delicious, mouthwatering etc. 

For starters we ordered Shanghai chicken and Harissa chicken. The presentation was really cool and it looked really delicious, and once we started eating we were so glad that we didn't leave this place.

Harissa chicken was a bit dry without any gravy but the green chutney plays it's game. There are two crunchy bread pieces as well. I loved this one too.

We also ordered two cocktails: Daiquiri and Sex on the beach,  which was tasty as well. 

Sex on the beach had vodka with orange and peach juice with two cherries added and it was really great. Do stir it well before sipping it to avoid the alcohol settling at the bottom.

Daiquiri had white rum with citrus juice and salt applied at the glass tips. I found it bitter maybe because rum is not my kinda drink, otherwise it was cool.

For main course we ordered Peri Peri chicken which is in the must eat section of Zomato. It is rice with chicken breast pieces on it and gravy in a bowl. The breast pieces were dry and that's how it was supposed to be.
