Fusion Kitchen, [IC colony, Borivali]

Fusion kitchen is in Borivali, IC colony and is a small restaurant having good reviews on Zomato. I went for a lunch on Sunday and as I reached, there was waiting and it was of 30-40 minutes. The restaurant is run by 4-5 young men who seem to be quite energetic and welcoming which sets up a good atmosphere I should say. The first thing they did was give a complimentary drink(not alcohol )  for those who had to wait. I was so excited that I just drank it in a sip without taking a picture before, I took it after drinking it though.

The ambience was really good with good soft music playing.  I loved the board with different saying on love for food.  There was also a review board with all the reviews pinned on it.  

Now that all sounds well and good, let me tell you about the food.

We ordered chicken nachos,  chicken paprika and Sizzling brownie with chocolate ice cream since it was mentioned in the must eat section of zomato.

Chicken nachos had a very good quantity.  I liked the roasted chicken pieces in it. It had lots of cheese. As we say in Hindi it was not 'Masaledaar' at all.

Chicken Paprika was something different than what we generally order. It looked really off, but it didn't taste that bad. Well, it was served in a better way than what it looks in the picture!

I am not a spicy food eater,  but still found the food to be very bland. We requested the guy to make it a bit spicy and so he suggested another version which according to him was spicy, but still bland. 

Then comes the sizzling brownie with chocolate ice-cream which looks delicious. It was not bad, just that the brownie was a little hard. It is so good to have it soft and melts as you put it in your mouth, yummm.!

So, that was hell of a description. I would give it a 3.5 rating(3 for food and 0.5 for the service).
